I have a friend who wanted to buy my vacant house, but couldn't get the financing on it.  She tried to talk me into financing it for her or just renting it to her forever.  She's a great friend, but I just couldn't handle something like that.  KACW Investments made me an offer that saved our friendship.  I mean, a little over two years ago if you had asked me if I would still be friends now, I would have to say I don't think so.  She was so hurt that I wouldn't help her, and I was hurt because I couldn't.  Thanks to the offer from Joanne Pearce & KACW, I was able to lease my house while she worked on getting financed to buy it.  It worked out great!  Now I still get to go over to see my old house and remember all of the great memories of my house.
